Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dubaisite.com ("Service"), operated from the United Arab Emirates. By using the Service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Last updated: June 2026.

Community trust

Listings, reviews, and communications must be accurate, lawful, and respectful.

Business transparency

Owners must have authority to represent their businesses and keep contact data updated.

Security posture

Accounts must use unique credentials. We may suspend suspicious sessions or IPs without notice.

Account & content responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts under your jurisdiction.
  • Content you submit must not infringe intellectual property, violate UAE law, or breach EU regulations.
  • You grant Dubaisite a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display listings, photos, and reviews. You retain ownership.
  • Automated scraping, data reselling, or probing infrastructure is prohibited.
  • We may contact you via email for account, security, or compliance matters (legal basis: contract performance, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Marketing communications require your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and include easy opt-out.

Featured placements

Dubaisite offers featured listing placements that increase visibility across search results and the homepage. Featured status is assigned by our team and managed through the admin panel.

Commercial arrangements for Featured placements are agreed directly with our team. Contact sales@dubaisite.com for pricing and availability.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or attempt unauthorized access. We log IP addresses for every session and may block ranges implicated in abuse.

You may appeal decisions within 14 days by emailing trust@dubaisite.com with supporting details.

Liability

  • Dubaisite provides listings "as-is". We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or business quality.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law (e.g., German BGB §309).
  • Liability for personal injury or willful misconduct is not excluded (mandatory under UAE and EU law).
  • You indemnify Dubaisite against third-party claims arising from your use or content you submit.

Governing law & jurisdiction: UAE law applies. Disputes are subject to the competent UAE courts. EU consumers: your mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law remain unaffected (EU Regulation 1215/2012). German users may bring claims in German courts under BGB consumer protection provisions.
